How long will it take to receive my order?
We will ship out your order in 1-5 working days. Most of the order will be delivered in 4-21 days after shipping, Sometimes delivery time can take up to 30 days in peak season or customs hold. Please contact us if you haven't received your order after this timeline. We will help you out!
Can I Return My Product?
We take a great pride in our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 30 Days of receiving your package. The item must be in original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping and the cost for shipping the item back. A refund will be made after receiving, within 3 working days. We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us. The buyer is responsible for any taxes or custom fees that might occur.
If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. (Shipping label fee deducted from the refund)
